Important info
Reservation and cancellation If the booking is more than 14 days ahead we require a 10% non-refundable deposit and the balance 14 days before arrival. If the booking is less than 14 days ahead the full amount is due and payable. Booking is partially refundable if cancelled more than 30 days before check-in date. Deposit is not refundable. Booking is secured once immediate payment (ETF) of the deposit or full amount is received. Backpackers booking must be paid in full if it is for less than 3 nights. Partial refund policy applies as above.
