Important info
Reservation and cancellation If the booking is more than 14 days ahead we require a 10% non-refundable deposit and the balance 14 days before arrival. If the booking is less than 14 days ahead the full amount is due and payable. Booking is partially refundable if cancelled more than 30 days before check-in date. Deposit is not refundable. Booking is secured once immediate payment (ETF) of the deposit or full amount is received. Backpackers booking must be paid in full if it is for less than 3 nights. Partial refund policy applies as above.
Does the owner stay at the property? Yes, the owner stays at the property unless full house is booked. He respects your privacy.
Can I change check-in or check-out hours? Yes, the hours can be changed, subject to approval. Please let us know what time you wish to check-in / check-out beforehand. Standard check-in is at 2pm. Standard check-out is at 11am.
Loud parties are not allowed Due to respect for other guests and the neighbourhood, NO LOUD parties are allowed, including professional DJs. We do not allow same-sex parties, bachelor parties and similar. You are welcome to enjoy braais and parties by the pool. Please let us know beforehand if you are planning to have a gathering.
Can I bring my pet? You can brings your pets on request. Let us know what is the breed of your pet before paying for your booking.
Can I view the property before booking? You are welcome to view before booking. You can view in person or ask a family member or a friend.
